Fantastic company. The products are always exceptional in quality and style. They are perfect for development and so sustainable. We have had a few items from them now and pleased with them all. I would recommend this company and it’s selection of children’s goods to everyone.

We ordered the tall townhouse bookcase and stacking storage boxes. There were a couple of issues with some of the parts but we were sent replacements within a couple of days and the customer service was excellent. Overall we are very happy with the items and the efficient way our issues were resolved :)

Excellent service from start to finish. The two delivery guys/joiners that delivered the bed and then installed the bed were fabulous and kept everywhere tidy and it was built to an excellent standard. The pioneer storage bed itself is of excellent quality and is made of sturdy thick MDF type wood and the depth of the steps are high but my daughter uses them as seating so for her it's a win but smaller children may need assistance. It's strong and is going to last my daughter who is 9 a good while, infact she loves it that much it's hard to get her up and out of a morning lol

they shut at 5, and this morning don't seem to be answering phones - been on for more than 15 mins....emailed and says we aim to reply within 24 hrs...
looks like a birthday present won't arrive - its a shame - ive used them before without problems

Super company! Delighted with the quality of both products that we bought. They were easy to put together but still sturdy.
The delivery time was exceptional. When completing the order delivery was estimated to be within 10 working days (we live in the North of Scotland). However the items arrived 2 days later!
